TRIED ā€˜Nā€™ TRUE: Try this Spaghetti Salad for a quick summer meal

---- — Don’t know how I came up with this recipe. I have used any size spaghetti, even the spaghetti squash. Make this and let it set for three or four hours or over night. You can adjust the veggies to your taste. You can add a dressing of your choice or leave plain. I used to use Mrs. Dash seasoning. We have gotten older and don’t use much salt any more. Sprinkle peas on this. I love peas! Enjoy.

Spaghetti Salad

1 box angel hair spaghetti (cooked and cooled)

1⁄2 cucumber, quarter and slice

1 whole tomato, diced

3 tablespoons green pepper, diced

3 tablespoon onion, diced

2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

• Mix all ingredients together.

• Let set 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
