Special to the Tribune-Star
When we have dinners at the church, one of the ladies brings these cookies. Nancy Kahl has been making these for some time now. They are so good. Need something for your kids? Make sure that there isn’t any one who can’t have peanuts. These are so easy and extra good.
This is so easy to double or cut down just for one or two people. You can use vanilla, chocolate or almond bark. Thanks, Nancy.
1 package Ritz Crackers (1/4 lb.)
1⁄2 cup creamy peanut butter
4 blocks candy coating
• Place peanut butter between Ritz Crackers sandwich style.
• Melt candy coating in microwave until soft. Stir to finish melting.
• Dip sandwiches into coating. Use a fork to lift out the cracker after turning them over to coat.
• Can use sprinkles for a festive sandwich.
