The Landing to host Chick McGee and Friends, Comedy Festival

TERRE HAUTE — The Landing at Fort Harrison will be the site of two comedy shows in coming months.

Voice talent Chick McGee from “The Bob & Tom” show will be in Terre Haute on Aug. 23 with the four-person Chick McGee and Friends Comedy Show. Performing will be McGee, Jeff Bodart, Todd McComas and Matt Holt.

Dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. with the show at 8.

Tickets are $30 per person in advance and $35 at the door. Tickets include the show and a buffet meal and are available for purchase at

In addition to McGee, The Landing will host the first show of the final round of the Indiana Comedy Festival on Sept. 9. The festival is a statewide competition of comedians. Dinner will begin at 6 p.m. with the show at 7:30. Eight comedians will compete for the title. There will be a buffet meal, full-service bar and a meet-and-greet after the show. Patrons will help judges make a decision on who will win this round of the festival.

Tickets are $25 per person and include the show and a buffet meal. Tickets also will be sold at the door the night of the event.

Advance tickets for both events are non-refundable and must be picked up before the event. Alcoholic beverages are not included in the ticket price for both 21-and-over shows.
