TRIED 'N' TRUE: Try this hot chocolate for your fall parties

With Halloween upon us we begin to think about fall parties and wiener roasts.

We have a cool snap, and we think about hot chocolate.

This is a special mix for this time of the year. I’ve made it for years. Hope you enjoy it.

Hot Chocolate Mix

1⁄3 cup cocoa powder

2⁄3 cup sugar or sweetener

2 2⁄3 cups dry milk

3⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon

• Mix all ingredients together and put into a covered container.

• To make one cup of hot chocolate, add 4 heaping teaspoons to 1 cup hot water.

Notes: Add marshmallows if desired. Will keep in a covered container.
