Minecraft Mania hits Terre Haute Children’s Museum

---- — Minecraft and learning will collide on Thursday, April 3, when eBash Video Game Center presents Minecraft Mania at the Terre Haute Children’s Museum. The classes are being sponsored by Duke Energy.

Join the pros from eBash Video Game Center as they provide an overview of awesome abilities in Minecraft that you may not know were available and show you how these tasks can carry over into subjects like science, design, math and more. Attendees will also get to participate in an interactive Minecraft scavenger hunt to win a variety of prizes.

The one-hour classes, which will be offered at 11 a.m., 1 and 3 p.m. on Thursday, April 3, in the museum, are designed for Minecraft enthusiasts age 7 to 15. The fee to participate is $10 per child, and participants must bring their own mobile device loaded with Minecraft Pocket Edition (PE), available through iTunes for iPhone, iPad, iPod or through the Google Play Store on Android phones and tablets.
