Brown-Halleck

Mallory Brown and Brandon Halleck of Terre Haute announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Tamyra and Robert Brown Jr. of Terre Haute. She is a 2007 graduate of Terre Haute North Vigo High School and a 2011 graduate of Indiana State University. Mallory works as a bank examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Gayle and Craig Halleck of Plainfield (formerly of Greencastle). He has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University and a master’s degree from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. Brandon works as the chief operating officer for Chances and Services for Youth and as an instructor at The Dance Studio.

The invitation-only ceremony is set for Dec. 14 in the LeFer Ballroom on the campus of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College, with dinner and dancing to follow in O’Shaughnessy Hall.

Jackson-Roberts

Betsie Joyce Jackson of Terre Haute and Tommy James Roberts of West Terre Haute would like to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

The bride is the daughter of John and Judie Joseph and the late Bryan (Bub) Jackson. She is a graduate of North Vigo High School and Indiana State University. She is employed as a registered nurse in the intensive care unit of Union Hospital.

The groom is the son of Tom and Jackie Roberts of West Terre Haute. He is a graduate of West Vigo High School. He is employed as a heavy equipment operator with the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 841.

The wedding is set for September 7, 2013, at the Westside Community Church in West Terre Haute, by the Rev. Chris Wilbur.
