Abbot-Mikalowsky

Kim Abbot and Aaron Mikalowsky of Noblesville will be united in marriage at 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 19, 2013, in Asbury United Methodist Church at Portland, Ind.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Jerry and Debi Abbot of Portland, a 2002 graduate of Jay County High School, a 2006 graduate of the University of Indianapolis, and a senior client service representative with American Funds in Carmel.

Mikalowsky is the son of Jerry and Rosemary Mikalowsky of Terre Haute, a 2002 graduate of Terre Haute North Vigo High School, a 2006 graduate of Indiana State University, and an assistant golf pro at Purgatory Golf Club in Noblesville.

Shinkle-Dillon

Elise Shinkle and Corey Dillon of Terre Haute will be united in marriage at 3 p.m. on Oct. 20, 2013, during an invitation-only service in Faithful Hearts Chapel.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Edward and Sandra Shinkle of Terre Haute. She has an associate’s degree in business administration and is employed by Hamilton Center Inc.

Dillon is the son of Kimberly Harney-Dillon of West Terre Haute and Timothy Dillon of Farmersburg. He works at Midwest Manufacturing.

Wicker-Auterson

Ronald and Verna Auterson of West Terre Haute announce the engagement of their son, Ronald Scott Auterson, to Kristen Wicker.

The couple will be married on Dec. 30, 2013, in Jamaica.

A reception is set for Jan. 18, 2014, in St. Charles, Mo.

The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Bethany, Ill., residents Jerry and Sharon Wicker. She earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from Missouri State University in 1999, and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Missouri in 2003. She is a professional counselor for Lutheran Family and Children’s Service.

Auterson is a 2005 graduate of Indiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in business. He works for CCA Global Partners in St. Charles.
