— The Vigo County School Corp. will pay Kelly Services the substitute teacher rate and an additional 36.5 percent markup as part of an agreement with the staffing agency to provide substitute teacher services. The percentage figure was incorrect in Tuesday’s edition of the Tribune-Star.
