Colts release 2009 training camp schedule for training camp
Tribune-Star staff report
The Indianapolis Colts begin their 11th consecutive training camp at Rose-Hulman with a pair of practices on Aug. 3 and will remain on campus until Aug. 19.
The camp features a total of 20 full-team practices and three special teams only events. A total of 22,308 fans attended training camp last summer, the second most in Indianapolis Colts Training Camp history.
Visitors to training camp will be charged a daily parking fee at a rate to be announced later this summer. Admission to daily practices is free, and family value priced concession stands will also be available during training camp.
Rose-Hulman’s preparations for camp will be highlighted by nearly nine weeks of work on the campus intramural fields and the Cook Stadium game field. The three fields provide the Colts with viable alternatives for team workouts.
The Colts have tallied an NFL best record of 123-54 since beginning their training camp at Rose-Hulman in 1999.
