The addition of the new employees will increase the Gibson staff to approximately 40 members.
“While we very much value our customer relationships in the Indiana marketplace, we determined after several discussions with Gibson, that they were the best fit to provide a comparable level of service and support to our customers,” said BluePrint Regional CEO George Pacinelli.
“As such by moving forward with the sales of this regional business unit, BluePrint can place greater focus on growing expanding the regions within our national footprint where we have experienced positive business growth,” he said.
“Both companies have worked closely to ensure a seamless transition that will effect positively impact for the customers, both in the short-term and well into the future,” Pacinelli said.
Gibson assured customers that are under a current warranty or an extended service contract with BluePrint, that Gibson Teldata will be honoring both.
