Marshall Chamber schedules annual dinner

Marshall, Ill. — The Marshall Area Chamber of Commerce will stage its Annual Dinner at 6 p.m. CDT on Oct. 16. Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. at Sam’s Steakhouse, 105 West Trefz Drive. Guests will have the opportunity to network with other business owners, organizations and nonprofit groups and influential individuals around the area and highlight what their business has to offer. All business owners/organizations/individuals are encouraged to attend.

Businesses may design their own centerpiece/scape. Those interested will be given a rectangle table that seats eight people with no table cloth; the Chamber  will provide the plates, silverware and napkins. Tables need to be set up by 5:30 p.m. Oct. 16. Call the Chamber at 217-826-2034 to reserve a table; there are a limited number available.

The Marshall Area Chamber of Commerce is organized for the purpose of advancing the Commercial, Industrial and Civic interest of the Marshall area and the benefits to its members. The Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofit organization that is committed to helping promote businesses. Businesses, individuals and organizations are all eligible to belong to the Chamber of Commerce.

Tickets are $25 per person or $200 for a table; RSVP by Oct. 11 by calling the Chamber office at 217-826-2034. Those with special dietary needs should advise when calling. Checks should be made out to Marshall Area Chamber of Commerce and mailed to 708 Archer Ave, Marshall, IL 62441.
