Robin Everhart has been honored for her client service excellence as senior branch office manager at the Edward Jones branch office of Vince Milnes in Terre Haute.
For the second time, this recognition earned Everhart an invitation to the annual Branch Office Administrators Managing Partners’ Conference in November, at the firm’s headquarters in St. Louis.
Edward Jones provides financial services for individual investors in the United States and, through its affiliate, in Canada.

Thompson Thrift, a full-service real estate development and construction company with offices in Terre Haute, Indianapolis and Carmel, announces the addition of Linda Lutz, Ted Kattmann and Jessica Kallmeyer to its ranks.
Lutz, a CPA, has joined Thompson Thrift Development’s accounting staff as a real estate controller. She has 15 years of experience in various facets of accounting, including financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, cash management and auditing for multi-state organizations. She most recently worked for the Galman Group Ltd., as vice president of finance from 2004 to 2013. Before that she served as an audit senior and staff accountant with Goldenberg Rosenthal LLC, of Jenkintown, Pa. She began her career as an assistant controller with the Modern Group of Bristol, Pa., in 2000.
Lutz holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in finance from LaSalle University, receiving those degrees in 1998 and 2005, respectively. She also has been an adjunct professor at Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, Pa.
Kattmann has been hired by Thompson Thrift Construction as a project manager. He has 13 years of experience in the construction industry. He most recently worked for Homes by McKenzie as a construction manager/field operations manger from 2012 to 2013. Previously, he was the owner of Theodore Kattmann General Contractor from 2010 to 2012. He also worked as an area construction manager, project manager, lead superintendent and field superintendent for Pulte Homes of Indiana from 2000 to 2010.
Kattmann received an associate’s degree from Vincennes University in 1998. He is Level 2 Mold Remediation Certified and is a Storm Water Division Compliance Executive.
Kallmeyer has joined Thompson Thrift Development as a legal assistant in the legal affairs department. She joins Thompson Thrift with experience as a paralegal in trial preparation projects. Before joining Thompson Thrift, she worked as a litigation file clerk with Zwicker & Associates P.C. in Hebron, Ky. She also served as a paralegal with the Siekman Law Firm in Lawrenceburg, Ind.
Kallmeyer received a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from Indiana University East in May 2013 and an associate’s degree in applied science (paralegal) from Ivy Tech Community College in May 2011.

Vigo County Sheriff Greg Ewing announced Aug. 6 the promotion of deputies Scott Brown and Clay White.
First Sgt. Brown, an 18-year veteran, was promoted to the rank of lieutenant.
Sgt. White, a 10-year veteran, was promoted to the rank of first sergeant.
Both officers will continue to serve the department in the patrol division.
