AAA Hoosier Motor Club selected Williams Randall Marketing to refine and develop a comprehensive marketing plan for all of its business units, including club membership, travel, insurance, automotive assistance and financial services. Williams Randall will work with AAA Hoosier Motor Club to develop media and creative strategy to not only retain current members but also find ways to build new membership including attracting a younger demographic. In addition to creative and media services, Williams Randall will help implement an analytics program to measure and track results to ensure a strong return on the marketing investment.

To get an insider’s perspective of the roadside assistance portion of the business, three of Williams Randall’s creative and account services staff spent a day traveling around Indianapolis with AAA tow trucks solving problems that members were having with their automobiles. “Now that we understand what a difference AAA makes for its members, we have a better handle on the overall customer experience and the value that AAA offers” said Justin Wojtowicz, the Williams Randall account supervisor for AAA.
