MARSHALL, ILL. —
Local businesses and entrepreneurs can now check out business resources and equipment from Marshall Public Library to enable them to give presentations, create marketing materials, train employees and more. These resources were provided by the Small Business Administration’s “Business and Libraries Working Together” grant from Secretary of State and State Librarian Jesse White.
Equipment available for check out includes a digital projector, projection screen, video camera kit including a tripod and multimedia headsets, tablet with WiFi, a digital writing kit, and a laptop computer loaded with business software. In addition, numerous training videos and an excellent collection of “business how-to” books are also available for loan. A valid library card is needed.
