TERRE HAUTE — Cocoa Boutique has re-opened in its new street location at 11 S. Seventh St. in downtown Terre Haute

“I am looking forward to the increased visibility the store will have being street level,” said Cocoa owner Shelley Klingerman. “I appreciate the loyalty of the Wabash Valley customer base over the past six years and look forward to continuing to bring in unique and trendy merchandise.”

The store had been previously located on the second floor of the same downtown building since 2006.

“We are extremely excited to have retail moving to street level,” said Boo Lloyd, a partner in ELB, Inc., owner of the building located on the southwest corner of Seventh and Wabash.

Cocoa was created as a trendy boutique store that offers merchandise and brands not available in the local market, Klingerman said. The shop’s goal is to continually bring in limited quantities of fresh items to allow for customer uniqueness.
