Hamilton Center Inc. has been designated military-friendly by the Indiana Veterans Behavioral Health Network and has received a designation of four stars out on a four-star standard.
To receive military-friendly designation, a behavioral health provider must meet specified criteria that address veteran and family support, veteran demographics, staff development, organizational structure, outreach and marketing strategies.
Hamilton Center Inc. received the designation for its Bloomfield office’s Veteran’s tele-health program, in addition to several other processes and policies.
The Hamilton Center 2012 annual dinner, highlighted veteran services, honored families and enlisted, and unveiled assertive Hamilton Center initiatives to reach out to veteran service sites in the area.

Jennifer Todd graduated with a bachelor degree from Indiana State University in 1996 and earned her master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1997. She became a licensed clinical social worker in Indiana in 2000. Her professional experience includes working as a clinical social worker in adolescent residential care, home health/hospice care, and mental health care settings. She has also taught as both an adjunct and full-time instructor with the ISU Department of Social Work since 2007. She joined Hamilton Center Inc. as the program manager for Vigo County support services in December.

Debra Denehie Hills earned her MLP Nurse Practitioner, DEA from Indiana State University in 2012. She continues to teach academic courses for ISU School of Nursing, and has been a Core A and B instructor for Mosaic. Hills also is a former child birth educator for Doula. With more than 20 years of advance nursing experience in the mental health field, Hills has worked with the adolescent special needs population. She is a graduate of Leadership Terre Haute, and is a Task Force 7, State Mental Health first responder.
Hills is involved in her community and is known for her advocacy and support of veterans through her husband and son. She is the spouse of Jeff Hills, and proud mother to their nine children and six grandchildren.
