TERRE HAUTE — Hamilton Center Inc. has been designated military-friendly by the Indiana Veterans Behavioral Health Network and has received a designation of  four stars out on a four-star standard.

To receive military-friendly designation, a behavioral health provider must meet specified criteria that address veteran and family support, veteran demographics, staff development, organizational structure, outreach and marketing strategies.

Hamilton Center Inc. received the designation for its Bloomfield office’s Veteran’s tele-health program, in addition to several other processes and policies.

The Hamilton Center 2012 annual dinner, highlighted veteran services, honored families and enlisted, and unveiled assertive Hamilton Center initiatives to reach out to veteran service sites in the area.
