Quality Service: Cobblestone Crossings Health Campus named one of the 2009 Best Places to Work in Indiana

Cobblestone Crossings Health Campus, a Trilogy Health Services community, was named one of the 2009 Best Places to Work in Indiana in the large-sized company category. The rankings were announced on May 5 at the Indiana Chamber Awards Dinner staged at the Indiana Roof Ballroom. This was the company’s first time to apply for Best Places to Work recognition in Indiana.

The BPTW awards program was created in 2006 and is a project of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, BizVoice, Inside Indiana Business, the Indiana Youth Institute, the Indiana Economic Development Corporation and Best Companies Group. It honors the top companies in the state, as determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys.

“We are honored to be recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana,” said Randy Bufford, president and CEO of Trilogy.

The 2009 Best Places to Work in Indiana list is made up of 40 companies in the small-/medium-sized list (25 to 249 employees) and 30 companies in the large-sized (250 or more employees) list. Out-of-state parent companies were eligible to participate if at least 25 full-time employees are in Indiana.

Trilogy Health Services was recognized earlier this year as the No. 1 Best Place to Work in Kentucky at the Awards Banquet in Lexington, Ky. It was the second consecutive year for the company to receive recognition as the No. 1 Best Place to Work in the small- to medium-sized employer category in Kentucky. The company has also been named a Best Employer in Ohio for 2009. Rankings in that competition were to be announced in June. The Best Companies Group, which handled the selection process in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio, oversees similar programs in 17 other states.
