• Courtney Carson and Tina Archer, both of Brazil, have become independent consultants with Tastefully Simple Inc., a national direct-sales company featuring easy-to-prepare gourmet products.

• Arlene K. Sandusky, 43, of Rockville; Ronald E. Anglin, 39, of Terre Haute; and Yan Joseph Dravigne, 32, of Brazil are new State Police Motor Carrier inspectors for the Terre Haute district.

The recruits received about 320 hours of structured training in Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and law enforcement techniques in Plainfield. III
