YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO —

Ronnie Fouch threw for 290 yards and four touchdowns, and the Indiana State football team defeated Youngstown State 30-24 on Saturday. The victory clinches ISU's first winning season since 1996.
It was also ISU's first road victory since 2004 and first conference road win since 2002. It was only the second time ISU has ever beaten Youngstown State.
ISU held off the Penguins twice in the last five minutes as YSU tried to drive for the potential game-winning score.
