Brazil — Indiana State Police arrested two male students, ages 13 and 14, from North Clay Middle School for the bomb threat received to the Clay County school Tuesday.
The arrests were made around 8 p.m. Wednesday. The students were taken to the Southwest Regional Youth Village in Vincennes, according to an Indiana State Police news release.
They were arrested on allegations of intimidation and false informing, both class-D felonies.
If convicted, they can spend up to three years in prison and fined a maximum of $10,000.
