Terry Lee returns to Boot City Opry

TERRE HAUTE — Terry Lee & The Rockaboogie Band, the high-energy, first-class show band built around the lightning fast piano pumpin’ of London’s Terry Lee, returns to the Boot City Opry at 7 p.m. Saturday.

Performing a large selection of popular hits from the 1950s and ’60s, Terry Lee and the Rockaboogie Band will keep dancers on their toes and everyone else fully involved with the action on stage.

The band consists of four professional musicians who have gained respect and popularity across the United States and Europe.

The Rockin’ Terry Lee Show is one of the Opry’s most-requested acts. Originally from England, Lee and his team of seasoned backup musicians never fail to present an exciting and entertaining show. Throughout the show Rockin’ Terry Lee and his band present music that was made famous by entertainers such as Jerry Lee Lewis, Elvis, Carl Perkins, Marty Robbins, Mickey Gilley and others.
