The Montezuma Park Board is seeking businesses and organizations to participate in its inaugural All-American Chili Cook-off on April 13.
The event is scheduled for 5 to 7 p.m. at the Montezuma Community Center in the Parke County town.
There is no entry fee for teams to participate. Teams are to bring the chili to the cook-off and decorate their tables and team clothing with an “All-American” theme.
Napkins, spoons and tasting cups will be provided. There will be a prize for the Best Decorated Team and a People’s Choice Best Chili Award.
All proceeds from voting during the event will benefit the construction of the Montezuma Veteran’s Memorial.
