The local Crossroads of America Council will serve lunch and dinner for the annual Baesler’s Boy Scout Cookout from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on June 5 at Indiana State University’s Memorial stadium.
Carry-out will be available and cars may enter the circle drive off of Wabash Avenue.
Baesler’s Market will provide the bratwurst or hot dog, potato salad, chips and cookie. Pepsi will provide the soft drinks or water. Meals are $6 each and can be purchased in advance at the local Crossroads of America Council office at 501 S. 25th St., from a local scout or on the day of the event.
All proceeds will support local scouting programs, local camps, youth recruitment, leadership training and administrative offices.
The Crossroads of America Council serves about 32,000 youth and adult leaders in 25 central Indiana counties. Wabash Valley District serves nearly 1,900 youth and 625 leaders in Vigo, Vermillion, Parke, Clay, Putnam and Sullivan counties.
