St. Margaret Mary Craft Fair, Noodle Sale, Bake Sale and Raffle Nov. 23-24

St. Margaret Mary is having its annual Craft Fair, Noodle Sale, Bake Sale and Raffle from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 23 and 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Nov. 24 with raffle drawings at 12:30.

To order noodles, call the office at 812-232-3512. Church members will be making fresh, homemade noodles on Nov. 12 and 14 for Thanksgiving dinner. They also can be kept in the freezer for later use.

Every month, women of the church meet and make crafts to sell during the Craft Fair at which only handmade items are sold. They especially cater to ones who need a walker tote or adult shirt savers (bib). They have Deco Mesh wreaths, Mother Theodore bracelets, aprons, holiday centerpieces, many “thank-you” gifts for teachers, hair dressers, house cleaners, etc.

Biscuits and gravy will be served both mornings. The women will have homemade cheese balls, pies, fresh baked dinner rolls and more for purchase. For every box of cookies you purchase, you get one chance at a chicken cookie jar.

Also, for every dollar donation or can of food, pick an ornament off the food pantry tree. All the ornaments are made by children. Donations go to the Salvation Army food pantry.

Tickets are $1 each or six for $5 for raffle baskets. The drawing will be at the close of the event on Sunday.
