Santa arrives Nov. 9 at Honey Creek

TERRE HAUTE — Santa Claus will arrive at Honey Creek Mall on Friday.

The fun with Santa kicks off at 6 p.m. Friday with a parade. The Terre Haute South Marching Band will be on hand to provide music for the festivities.

“Visits with Santa are a Christmas tradition for many families,” said Kim Ingalsbe, general manager for Honey Creek Mall. “The new Santa’s Fun app is a great way for families to create a new tradition with the latest technology.”

Visits with Santa are available in Center Court through Christmas Eve. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from noon to 6 p.m. Sundays. Visits with Santa are free. Also, this year shoppers can download Santa’s Fun app for free on the Android market and iPhone App Store. Children and families can write letters to Santa and even read his responses back with the latest technology to invade Santa’s workshop.
