Arts Illiana making plans for TableScapes

TERRE HAUTE — TableScapes 2014, Arts Illiana’s annual fundraiser to support the arts in the Wabash Valley, is set for March 7 and 8 in the Country Club of Terre Haute in Allendale. A TableScapes Talk and Tea on March 6 will kick off the event.

TableScapes brings together area businesses, designers and individuals to create what one press release calls “spectacular, themed dinner settings.”

“They are elegant, whimsical and sometimes funny — but always very inventive. This important fundraiser for Arts Illiana is an extravaganza of creativity.”

Daily viewings are scheduled March 7 and 8 to allow the public to vote on their favorite decorated table. Artists, individuals and businesses have donated items for a silent auction on March 8 during the Dinner on the Scapes.

Sponsorship of this event is available.
