Fish fry to benefit Clay Skatepark

BRAZIL — An All You Can Eat Country Rhodes Dinner at the Clay County Popcorn Festival will help pay for items for the Clay Community Skatepark including the sign with the park rules, the guardrails around the park, the brick Wall of Donors and some landscaping.

The dinner is from 4:30 to 7 p.m. today at the Forest Park Pavillion in Brazil and includes chicken strips, fish, shrimp, sides and drinks with desserts sold separately.

Cost for adults is $8.50; children under 12 are $5.50.

The Skatepark is under construction on the northeast corner of Jackson and Wesleyan Church streets. Donations may be sent to: The Clay Community Parks Assoc., P.O. Box 308, Brazil, IN 47834. Call Roberta Weliever, project coordinator, at 812-443-0611 for more information.
