Del Rays to rock Boot City Opry Oct. 26

Rolling all the way from Oshkosh, Wisc., the Del Rays will rock the Boot City Opry stage Saturday night. They are a four-piece band that has been performing together since the late 1970s.

The Del Rays perform a variety of rock ’n’ roll from the ’50s, ’60s and ‘70s.  With a knack for getting the crowd involved, the Del Rays will keep guests dancing in their seat with songs like “Great Balls of Fire,” “All Shook Up,” “Mary Lou” and more.

The Del Rays also have performed with national acts such as Sha-Na-Na; the Crystals; Bobby Vee; Fabian; the Fireballs; Bill Hailey’s Comet’s; Chubby Checker; and the Buckingham’s.

See them at 7 p.m. at the Opry, 7 miles south of Interstate 70 on U.S. 41. Tickets are $15.
