4-H’ers to seek pantry donations Oct. 30

News Release

---- — The Vermillion County 4-H Jr. Leaders will be trick or treating for canned goods and monetary donations on Oct. 30 in Fairview and Clinton, and on Oct. 31 in Newport and Cayuga. All donations will go to food pantries in the communities where the food is collected. Food pantries can purchase four meals with a $1 donation.

Donors are urged to check the product expiration dates. This helps make good use of volunteer time at food pantries. All food pantries rely on volunteers, and those interested are invited to give their time to help.
