Michael Jackson Tribute Band to perform March 29

News Release

TERRE HAUTE — The King of Pop’s musical legacy will come alive during a concert Saturday, March 29, in Indiana State University’s Tilson Auditorium.

“Who’s Bad: The Ultimate Michael Jackson Tribute Band” will take the Tilson stage at 8:30 p.m. playing music from his beginning in the Jackson Five through the smash hits of “Billie Jean,” “Beat It,” “Thriller,” “Smooth Criminal” and “Rock With You.” The family friendly show showcases the pop legend through exact movements and near perfect vocals to match that of Jackson.

Indiana State student Daniel Burkett attended the band’s concert in Wilmington, N.C., and was elated to hear the group is coming to Terre Haute.

“I had such a great time watching them in North Carolina. I cannot wait to see them at home in Tilson,” Burkett said. “Next to Beyonce, they by far put on the best show.”

Who’s Bad has ignited crowds across the globe from their home state in North Carolina to selling out nearly 50 venues in the United Kingdom, including London’s O2 — the venue where the King of Pop was slated to end his career with a 50-show “This Is It” concert series.
