Diamonds to shine Saturday night at Boot City Opry

TERRE HAUTE — The Diamonds are scheduled to perform their classic rock ’n’ roll hits at two shows Saturday, April 20,  in the Boot City Opry.

It will be a trip down memory lane for kids of all ages as this vocal quartet presents an array of timeless doo-wop hits.

Tight vocal harmonies will be the order of the evening as The Diamonds sing their classic hits — “Why Do Fools Fall in Love?”, “Silhouettes,” “The Stroll” and “Little Darlin.”

They also plan a tribute to the classic four-part harmony vocal groups of the era as well as the great solo artists of the time singing hits such as “Blue Moon,” “At the Hop,” “Sherry,” “Day By Day,” “Splish Splash,” “Unchained Melody” and “Lovin’ Feeling.”

Shows are at 3 and 7 p.m. Tickets are $20 general admission.
