‘River Revisited’ luncheon set for June 21

The Terre Haute Symphony League will host a luncheon and program, “The River Revisited — Flying Fish & Other River Denizen” by Brendan Kearns, at noon June 21 in the Country Club of Terre Haute in Allendale.

The menu will include choice of chicken or vegetable crêpes, garden salad, sautéed asparagus, yeast rolls and butter, vanilla bean crème brûlée, and choice of coffee, iced tea or water. Cost is $40 each ($20 is tax-deductible). All proceeds will benefit the Terre Haute Symphony.

Reservation deadline is June 16. Send checks to Jacque Trinler, 9230 E. Pettiford Ave., Terre Haute, IN 47805 or call the Symphony office at 812-242-8476.

Event sponsors must confirm by June 19 to be printed in the program.
