Experience Cosmic Walk May 25 at St. Mary-of-the-Woods

---- — Enter into a journey of wonder with a symbolic walk through the unfolding of the universe from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at White Violet Center for Eco-Justice at St. Mary-of-the-Woods.

Participants are invited to put on their comfortable walking shoes and journey along a nature trail through elements symbolizing the creation of the universe to the emergence of Earth and the various life forms therein, including human beings. This personal, heart-felt experience allows participants to enter into and contemplate the miracle of creation. Come prepared to experience wonder, awe and the mystery of the divine.

The walk will be facilitated by Sister Paul Bernadette Bounk, a Sister of St. Joseph of Carondelet, who has worked many years in ecological ministry as well as with retreats and spiritual direction.

Participants for the Cosmic Walk will meet at White Violet Center and proceed to the nature trail. Cost for the event is $40, which includes lunch. Preregistration is required.
