* Goddard fares well — At Boonville, Idle Creek pro Ray Goddard was part of a foursome that also included amateurs Steve Zehr, Mel Redman and Bob Thompson which placed first in the pro-am division of the Tri-State Pro-Am on April 22 at Quail Crossing Course.
Goddard also placed eighth in the pro division, shooting a 77.
* Racing halted — Rain halted action at Crossroads Dragway on Saturday after two time runs had taken place.
Fun Night runs are slated for Friday with the first Pink Ladies race on the schedule. Regular racing is set for Saturday, including juniors, with time runs at 12:30 p.m.

* LP race rescheduled — U.S. Auto Club officials have announced a new date for a sprint race halted by rain last Saturday Lincoln Park Speedway.
The new date is July 4 and a complete race will be run with qualifying and heat races.
