Grand Prairie Studio now open in Palestine

PALESTINE, IL — A new studio has opened in Palestine, Ill. Grand Prairie Studio offers watercolor paintings, handmade jewelry, art supplies, workshops and gift items.

Barb Myers announced the opening of the studio at 205 E. Grand Prairie St.

A four-session series of watercolor classes with Cathy Johnson is currently under way.

The studio is open 9 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays, noon to 5 p.m. Fridays and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. Call (618) 562-0984 for more information.
