ISU at Northern Iowa; ISU at Bradley

TERRE HAUTE — Tipoffs — Missouri Valley Conference matchups vs. Northern Iowa at 8 p.m., today in McLeod Center at Cedar Falls, Iowa, and vs. Bradley at 3 p.m. Saturday in Renaissance Coliseum at Peoria, Ill.

Broadcasts — TV: None in the Wabash Valley. Radio: WIBQ-FM 98.5.

Last time out — On Sunday, ISU lost at home to Wichita State 63-53, Northern Iowa won at Southern Illinois 74-60 and Bradley won at Evansville 73-51. Bradley has a home game tonight against Illinois State.

Series — ISU leads Northern Iowa 39-22, although the Panthers defeated the Sycamores 54-52 in Hulman Center on Jan. 6. ISU defeated Bradley 55-54 in Hulman Center on Jan. 4.

Northern Iowa Panthers (14-14, 9-7 MVC) — G Jacqui Kalin (5-8, Sr., 19.3 ppg, 5.0 rpg, 3.8 apg, 94.6 % FT shooter), G Brittni Donaldson (5-7, So., 6.9 ppg), F Amber Kirschbaum (6-0, Sr., 6.6 ppg, 6.3 rpg,), F Hannah Schonhardt (6-2, Fr., 7.6 ppg, 4.4 rpg) and C Jen Keitel (6-3, Fr., 7.4 ppg, 5.6 rpg) are probable starters.

Coach — Tanya Warren (101-88 in sixth season at UNI).

Bradley Braves (13-14, 7-9 MVC)* — G Shronda Butts (5-7, So., 12.4 ppg, 3.6 apg, 3.1 rpg), G Katie Yohn (5-11, Sr., 11.8 ppg, 6.2 rpg, 2.3 spg), G Michelle Young (5-9, So., 7.4 ppg, 2.0 spg), G Kelsey Budd (5-9, Jr., 10.4 ppg) and G Brooke Bisping (5-7, Sr., 5.1 ppg, 3.5 rpg) are probable starters.

Coach — Michael Brooks (13-14* in first season at Bradley).

Injuries — For ISU, G Jessica Valley (knee) is out for the season.
